KOMAN Construction, LLC is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support their federal road construction and vegetation projects in Laredo, TX.
About the Role
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will assist the Project Manager with quality control, enforcing safety protocols, managing project finances, field management, and scheduling. Your responsibilities will include performing field inspections, ensuring compliance with safety requirements, developing project schedules and budgets, monitoring project progress, and preparing project close-out reports.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of field supervision experience.
- 1 year of project management or assistant project management experience.
- Knowledge of civil, grading & paving, or earthwork construction.
- Valid driver's license and record.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
