About the Role
As a Bilingual Assistant Property Manager, you will assist with daily operations, leasing, renewals, and resident relations. You will communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents, utilize ResMan software for managing resident records and financial reporting, support rent collection, handle resident inquiries, coordinate maintenance requests, and step in to lead the office when the Property Manager is unavailable.
About You
Required:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- At least 1 year of property management or leasing experience.
- Experience with ResMan software.
