Summary
CP Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager - Commercial Mixed-Use to join their team in Downtown Atlanta. The role involves assisting with the management of a large mixed-use property.
About the Role
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will assist with the development and administration of operating and capital improvement budgets, coordinate pop-up retail events, review operating expense reconciliations, and support the General Manager with daily operations and ongoing construction projects. You will also direct maintenance staff, develop reports for property activities, and ensure compliance with vendor agreements.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial property management.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MRI and Nexus accounting programs.

- Purpose-driven with a sense of urgency.
