About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager (ASM), you will maximize customer success by offering financial services, assess risks of transactions, oversee account management, and provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives. You will also conduct marketing campaigns, maintain compliance with company policies, and ensure a clean store environment while working in a fast-paced setting.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
- At least 3 months of supervisory or relevant leadership experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for work.
Preferred:
- Management experience in retail, convenience store, grocery, finance, service, or related industries.
- Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
