Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join their team in O'Fallon, MO. The role involves supporting customers with financial needs while gaining hands-on experience in store management.
About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager (ASM), you will maximize customer success by offering financial services, assess risk of financial transactions, oversee account management, and provide support to Customer Service Representatives. You will also conduct marketing campaigns, maintain compliance with company policies, and ensure a clean store environment while working in a fast-paced setting.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
- At least 3 months of supervisory or relevant leadership experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for work.
Preferred:
- Management experience in retail, convenience store, grocery, finance, service, or related industries.
- Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
