As a Collections & Recoveries Operations Manager, you will manage a team of collections associates and local foreclosure attorneys, focusing on performance metrics such as roll rates, charge-off saves, and recoveries. Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with consumer protection laws, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with various partners to enhance collection strategies.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years’ experience in mortgage servicing, collections, or recoveries, with at least 3 years in a unit manager role.
- Strong knowledge of foreclosure processes, debt collection regulations, and HELOC servicing.
- Proven success managing offshore teams and external vendors/attorneys.
- Analytical and process-driven, with the ability to translate portfolio insights into action.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
