About the Role
As an Assistant Team Lead, you will perform duties as outlined by The Pact Model and other Assertive Community Treatment evidence-based literature. You will be responsible for overall clinical oversight of the ACT team, maintaining optimal staffing levels, conducting performance evaluations, and coordinating services for clients. You will also ensure the financial viability of the program and engage in project planning and operations.
About You
Required:
Licensed as an LP, LPCC, LICSW or LMFT or Clinical Trainee in the process of licensure.
Clear understanding of the ACT service delivery model.
Clear a DHS background study.
Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
Successful Completion of Med Administration Certification.
Preferred:
Two years of supervisory, program management, and leadership experience.
CPR and First Aid certification.
