About the Role
As the Assistant Vice President, Environmental Planning, you will manage local client coordination, support cross-selling efforts, and attend civic and industry events. You will foster a collaborative work environment, optimize client and employee experiences, and leverage technical expertise to enhance service offerings. Your role will also involve tracking changes in federal environmental law and policy, and promoting the professional development of local staff.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Planning, Environmental Science, Public Policy, or related discipline.
- Experience with professional environmental services as a consultant or client, developing scopes of work, directing work, issuing or responding to RFP or RFQs.
- Demonstrated experience of leadership, personal accountability, persistence, and growth.
- Strong business acumen and decision-making capabilities.
- Established relevant client relationships and industry contacts in the local area.
Preferred:
- Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Essential professional licensure/certification.
