They valued our responsiveness, our deep understanding of talent, and the trust we built throughout every search. We listened, expanded our team, and by 2024, officially launched Talent Edge Recruiting as a full-service, standalone firm. Today, we support clients across industries and job functions, offering Direct Hire, Temporary Staffing, Temp-to-Hire, and Offshore solutions. We’ve grown, but our focus has never shifted.
