About You
- Minimum one (1) year of experience as an on-site Project Manager for a Federal Contract
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Competency in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Experience managing contractor facilities services support staff of approximately 60
- Understanding of Federal Administrative Processes
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and remain on-site and on-call as delegated
- Familiarity with EO 13834 Sustainability Requirements
- Effective people management skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Self-motivated and adaptive to changing priorities
- Proficient in reporting
- Calm and respectful under pressure
