Summary
Three Pillars Senior Living Communities is seeking Assisted Living Support Staff to join their team in Dousman, WI. The role involves providing personal care and homemaker tasks to residents in their assisted living community.
About the Role
As an Assisted Living Support Staff, you will assist residents with dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, and ambulation to encourage independence. You will also perform homemaker tasks such as laundry, housekeeping, meal preparation, and serving, as well as planning and conducting therapeutic activities. Additionally, you will supervise self-administration or administer medications as per physician orders.
About You
Required:
- Must be 18+ years of age.
- Ability to use computers for charting and communication.
- Required to become med delegated upon hire and be able to pass meds.
Preferred:
- Current and valid CBRF certification.
- American Heart Association (AHA) First Aid certification within 6 months of hire.
- Experience in a resident care position.
