About the Role
As an Associate Director, Analytics & Reporting, you will analyze patient, prescriber, pharmacy, and distributor data to evaluate commercial performance. You will develop actionable insights for strategic planning, manage reporting tools, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and mentor junior team members. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with industry standards and training users on reporting tools.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 7+ years of work experience within a healthcare environment, ideally a commercial stage pharmaceutical company.
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge with emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of database infrastructure, with experience working with and writing SQL.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with commercial pharmaceutical data, especially the management of SQL based data lakes and reporting tools.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams.
