About the Role
As an Assoc. Director Revenue Optimization, you will support the VP of Revenue Cycle Operations and Optimization in various tasks such as analyzing revenue cycle trends, performing root cause analysis, developing workplans for billing corrections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between clinical operations and billing practices. You will also be responsible for developing reporting tools to monitor revenue cycle trends and productivity.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of an associate degree in business administration, accounting, healthcare administration, or other related degree.
- 10 years of experience related to billing, coding, denial management and underpayment analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Two years’ experience with EPIC Reporting.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or IT related areas of focus.
- EPIC related certifications and reporting experience.
- Coding certification (e.g. CCS, RHIA, RHIT) or applicable experience.
