As an Associate, you will be responsible for reporting on key financial metrics, developing deal execution materials, and conducting valuation analyses using various financial models. You will also draft documents for live transactions and utilize financial data platforms to gather necessary statistics for analysis.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of experience executing sidecars and capital raises involving private placements for both debt and equity.
Preferred:
- Experience working on M&A cross-border deals and executing corporate financing deals in leveraged finance and debt capital markets.
- Familiarity with valuation analyses using M&A merger models, discounted cash flow valuations, and leveraged buyout valuations.
