About the Role
As an Associate Account Executive, you will qualify inbound interest, source new opportunities, conduct tailored discovery, and manage full-cycle sales motions for lower-complexity deals. You will collaborate with senior AEs and cross-functional partners to help banks and wealth platforms adopt Plaid's solutions.
About You
Required:
- 1-3 years in Inside Sales, SDR/BDR, or junior AE roles; fintech or financial institution sales a plus.
- Comfort navigating multi-persona conversations with compliance, product, and technology stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Ability to manage a blend of self-owned deals and collaborative cycle support with senior sellers.
