About the Role
As an Associate Attorney, you will manage construction and construction defect claims from inception through trial or settlement. Your responsibilities will include drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, collaborating with experts, and mentoring junior attorneys. You will also provide risk management advice and communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Texas Bar, in good standing.
- 2+ years of litigation experience.
Preferred:
- Prior construction or construction defect litigation experience.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
