About the Role
As an Associate Attorney specializing in Labor & Employment, you will be responsible for conducting litigation, depositions, and court appearances. Your duties will include managing Class Action Wage & Hour cases, drafting and opposing motions, and investigating Labor & Employment claims.
About You
Required:
- Active California bar license.
- 3-8 years of experience as a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney.
- Experience in practice areas such as EEOC, NLRB, and OSHA.
- Focus on Wage & Hour litigation.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Class Action experience.
- Large law firm experience.
