About You
Required:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with solid academic credentials.
- Active bar membership in the relevant state or willingness to obtain admission promptly.
- 2-5 years of civil litigation experience in areas such as commercial disputes, tort claims, product liability, or insurance defense.
- Strong legal research and writing abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Ability to handle depositions and courtroom appearances commensurate with experience level.
- Excellent communication skills and sound judgment.
