About the Role

As an Associate Attorney, you will manage your own docket of complex civil litigation and class action cases, draft high-quality legal documents, take and defend depositions, argue motions, conduct hearings, handle mediations and settlement negotiations, examine witnesses at trial, supervise junior attorneys and support staff, and collaborate with co-counsel on large-scale litigation efforts.

About You

Required:

J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in New York and in good standing
Civil litigation experience, preferably in antitrust, class actions, or complex business disputes
Exceptional writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
Experience managing multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
