About the Role
As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will work collaboratively with other attorneys and participate in business development activities, all while utilizing your Mandarin language skills to communicate effectively with clients.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the CA state bar.
- 0-2 years of Civil Litigation experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
- Proven experience conducting legal research.
Preferred:
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
