NPAworldwide is seeking an Associate Attorney - Antitrust to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves handling civil conduct or merger and joint venture analysis and investigations, and litigating antitrust matters.
About the Role
As an Associate Attorney - Antitrust, you will be responsible for working on DOJ or FTC antitrust matters and civil antitrust litigation. Your daily tasks will include drafting substantive motions and briefs, participating in depositions, and conducting insightful research and analysis. You will be part of a growing antitrust practice that defends companies in civil conduct investigations and litigates complex mergers and acquisitions.
About You
Required:
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited top 50 law school.
Bar membership, active and in good standing, in the DC or New York Bar.
Prior experience working for an AmLaw 200 Law Firm.
Preferred:
Experience at the Department of Justice Antitrust Division (DOJ) or the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
Experience in telecommunications and internet space.
