About the Role
As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for managing cases from inception to conclusion, taking and defending depositions, making court appearances, and drafting motions and pleadings. You will work on a variety of interesting matters, including venue liability litigation related to recreational venues and amusement parks, with the option to work mostly remote.
About You
Required:
- Strong research and writing skills.
- 2+ years of litigation experience in relevant areas.
- Must be licensed to practice and in good standing in NY.
Preferred:
- Bar admission in NJ, PA, or CT.
