About the Role
As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for conducting substantive discovery and depositions, developing winning case strategies, drafting persuasive motions and briefs, representing clients in state and federal courts, conducting legal research, and developing strong client relationships. You will work within a collegial team environment that supports exceptional service to clients.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense, commercial litigation, professional liability, or construction defect.
- North Carolina bar membership.
- Exceptional research and writing capabilities.
- Demonstrated courtroom presence and deposition experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in construction litigation, trucking and transportation, products liability, and premises liability.
