- Californian qualified attorney with ideally 2 to 3 years of pre-litigation and litigation work experience.
- Strong deposition capabilities and the ability to run your own caseload autonomously.
- Strong academic record.
- Ability to analyze and apply legal principles to complex factual scenarios.
- Experience dealing confidently with clients on day-to-day issues.
