About the Role
As an Associate Estate Planning Attorney, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the estate planning process, including recommending appropriate solutions such as Asset Protection Trusts and Wills. You will collaborate with paralegals to ensure accurate document drafting and maintain client communications. The position requires participation in team meetings and occasional involvement in professional development events.
About You
Required:
Law degree and license to practice in Maryland.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, OneNote, Teams, etc.)
Preferred:
Ability to engage new clients in initial consultations.
Strong organizational skills and tech-savviness.
Experience in estate planning or related legal fields.
