About the Role

As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing and drafting legal documents, filing legal briefs in state and federal courts, conducting depositions and hearings, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with senior attorneys while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

About You

Required:

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Georgia (GA) state bar.
Litigation experience.

Preferred:

Experience with depositions and hearings.
Excellent analytical skills.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong research skills.
Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
