About the Role
As an Associate Attorney, you will represent clients in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and appeals, providing expert legal counsel on complex litigation, employment law, and legal ethics issues. You will prepare and present legal documents, conduct in-depth legal research, draft legal documents, and maintain organized case files. The position requires collaboration with colleagues and communication with clients and court personnel.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership and in good standing with the MD State Bar.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience practicing litigation, with a focus on complex matters.
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the fields of legal ethics.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- Ability to work and lead a team.
