About the Role
As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for drafting and handling pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda, conducting legal research, preparing and taking depositions, attending court conferences, and interacting directly with clients and opposing counsel. You will work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong legal research and analytical skills.
About You
Required:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in the state of New York.
- 2-6+ years of litigation defense experience.
Preferred:
- Admission to practice in New Jersey.
- Experience in handling nursing home negligence and medical malpractice cases.
