About the Role
As an Associate Attorney, you will manage 30-40 personal injury cases, develop case strategies, draft legal documents, take depositions, engage in settlement negotiations, and oversee paralegals. You will maintain client communication and ensure efficient case management.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of three years' experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the California State Bar, in good standing.
- Proven track record of managing a high-volume caseload and achieving successful outcomes in personal injury cases.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- High ethical standards and commitment to professional integrity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred:
- Trial experience is highly desired but not required.
