As an Associate Attorney specializing in Public Agency Litigation, you will manage cases involving municipal law, civil litigation, CEQA, and construction defects. You will represent public agencies, draft legal documents, conduct research, and provide legal advice while collaborating with other legal professionals.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in public agency litigation.
- Strong background in municipal law, civil litigation, CEQA, construction defect, and construction cases.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and projects with attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated experience in representing local government entities.
- A high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
