About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant state (or the ability to obtain one promptly).
- 2–7 years of experience in real estate law or a closely related practice area.
- Familiarity with residential and/or commercial real estate transactions, contract review, title and conveyancing issues.
Preferred:
- Experience with condominium or community association law.
- Background in real estate litigation or dispute resolution.
- Prior work with lenders, developers, or title companies.
