As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in workers' compensation cases, managing multiple cases simultaneously, and ensuring compliance with confidentiality requirements. About You
Required:
- JD from an ABA-approved law school.
- Passed and in Good Standing with the California State Bar.
- 2+ years of Workers' Comp Defense Experience.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience in trial and cross-examination.
- Experience with Depos.
