- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in a financial services role.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
- Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role.
- Registration to sell investment products as appropriate for the jurisdiction.
- Experience with retail investments and lending products.
