Edgewell Personal Care is seeking an Associate Brand Manager for the Schick Hydro Silk brand, based in either Shelton, CT or NYC. The role focuses on developing and driving analytics, strategy, positioning, and communication to enhance brand growth and profitability.
About the Role
As an Associate Brand Manager, you will be a key member of the US Shave Brand Marketing team, responsible for supporting the Brand Manager in monitoring brand performance, executing marketing plans, managing the marketing budget, and conducting business analytics. You will also engage in consumer activation, strategic brand planning, and project management to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
- 3+ years of experience in CPG supporting a brand with strong analytical responsibilities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex marketing projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred:
- MBA preferred.
- Experience analyzing POS Data (IRI/Nielsen) and Syndicated Data (Kantar, Euromonitor, Mintel).
- Familiarity with eCommerce fundamentals and digital marketing metrics.
- Cosmetics/Personal Care experience.
