About the Role

As the Associate Chief Pharmacy Officer, you will lead a team of approximately 550 employees and be responsible for scaling ambulatory and specialty pharmacy services. You will oversee a portfolio generating over $1.1 billion in revenue and $400 million in margin, holding full P&L responsibility. This role includes serving as adjunct faculty at the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy and collaborating with key stakeholders to set objectives and manage resources for the pharmacy enterprise.

About You

Required:

PharmD degree.
Completion of a pharmacy residency or equivalent experience.
Eligibility for Michigan pharmacy licensure.
Advanced business degree or willingness to pursue one.

Preferred:

Experience in executive leadership within a healthcare setting.
Strong commitment to clinical excellence and education.
