As an Associate, Client Processing I - Loans Enablement, you will be responsible for delivering complex client service and support, performing operational tasks, conducting manual processing of client accounts, maintaining compliance, resolving issues, and providing technical assistance. You will also review the work of other team members and ensure the quality of your own work.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review loan documentation accurately.
- Basic knowledge of financial products, including loans and credit facilities.
- Experience with loan processing systems and software.
Preferred:
- 0-3 years of total work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
