As an Associate, Client Processing Representative II, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a client processing support team, provide technical assistance, communicate client needs, process updates to client accounts, and resolve complex issues in collaboration with technology teams.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office product suite.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7 plus years of technical and management experience.
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry.
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications.
