About the Role
As an Associate Client Support Consultant, you will help clients manage their business using ADP solutions, troubleshoot payroll issues, and partner with multiple business units for a seamless client experience. You will also be responsible for adhering to a daily schedule and managing a high volume of inbound calls, especially during peak seasons.
About You
Required:
At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
Preferred:
Military experience.
A college degree in a relevant field.
