About You
- 2+ years of legal experience.
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the ethical considerations surrounding AI in the legal context, such as confidentiality, accuracy, and bias prevention.
- Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, telecommunications, cloud computing services or equivalent.
