- 2-4 years of post-undergraduate experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, or related financial services.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical expertise, with mastery of Excel.
- Deep understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, including valuation techniques and market trends.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Self-motivated team player, capable of thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in real estate debt underwriting or related credit analysis.
