Summary
Harbinger is seeking an Associate, Dealer Operations to join their team in Garden Grove, CA. The role involves supporting the dealer network and internal sales organization by managing operational processes and improving dealer workflows.
About the Role
As an Associate, Dealer Operations, you will serve as a primary operational point of contact for dealers, assist with dealer onboarding and training, support vehicle order processing, and identify inefficiencies in dealer workflows. You will also maintain clean dealer records and collaborate with various teams to ensure operational excellence.
About You
Required:
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales operations, dealer operations, customer operations, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting dealer networks, franchise models, or B2B partner programs.
- Background in automotive, commercial vehicles, EVs, or manufacturing.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with order-to-cash workflows.
- Familiarity with contract or compliance processes.
