About the Role
As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for performing dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, crowns, and dentures. You will diagnose and treat oral diseases, develop treatment plans, educate patients on oral hygiene, collaborate with dental staff, maintain patient records, and ensure infection control and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
About You
Required:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid state dental license.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, dental anatomy, and oral health conditions.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of medical coding for dental procedures.
- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation.
- Ability to interpret and analyze medical imaging, such as X-rays.
