About the Role
As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for performing molar root canal therapy, surgical and non-surgical extractions, and comprehensive treatment planning. You will work in a production-focused setting with a 4-day workweek, approximately 11-hour shifts, and some evenings and weekends. The position offers strong patient flow and the opportunity to build significant income based on clinical efficiency and case acceptance.
About You
Required:
- Dental degree from an accredited institution.
- Comfortable performing molar root canal therapy and extractions.
Preferred:
- Experience in a high-volume clinical setting.
- Ability to manage a productive schedule independently.
Benefits
- 25% of collections.
- $800 per day guaranteed for the first 60 days.
- $20,000 sign-on bonus after six months of active employment.
- No production cap.
