About the Role
As the Associate Deputy Director - Medical Services, you will be responsible for project management, critical incident leadership, data analysis, regulatory liaison, asset management, and technology systems management. You will provide leadership support for medical clinics, ensure compliance with standards, and conduct program visits. The position requires 75% travel and may involve working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
About You
Required:
- Registered Nursing License and Bachelor of Nursing Degree.
- Minimum of three (3) years of RN experience in a management role.
- Prior RN floor or clinic nursing experience.
- Experience with pediatric populations.
- Experience managing and maintaining detailed documentation.
Preferred:
- Experience working with multicultural populations.
