About the Role

As an Associate Development Manager, you will deliver targeted support to early-stage agents, implement development activities, partner with Development Managers on curriculum planning, manage NYLIC University scheduling, engage in performance insights, and contribute to office-wide initiatives. You will work closely with Senior Development Leaders to enhance agent onboarding, coaching, and training efforts.

About You

Required:

Proven field leader (Executive Council or higher preferred) with strong potential for leadership.
Licensed with SIE, Series 6 & 63, and state Life and Health licenses.
Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a structured learning environment.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to contribute to the development of others.
