About the Role
As an Associate Director - FBP, you will serve as a business partner for the Biologics business, advising on financial decisions, managing expenses, conducting variance analysis, and driving cost optimization programs. You will also support revenue forecasting and ensure compliance with governance and controls in financial processes.
About You
Required:
- 6-8 years of experience in Business Finance or FP&A.
- Education: Chartered Accountant or Chartered Public Accountant.
Preferred:
- Expertise in advanced MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP (FICO and BPC Modules).
- Experience in a controllership role.
