About the Role
As an Associate Director - Medical Project Manager, you will be responsible for strategic partnership and leadership, managing end-to-end project management for HEOR initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, engaging stakeholders through effective communication, and enabling organizational talent. You will work in a hybrid environment, supporting multiple therapeutic areas globally.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or business-related field.
- At least 10 years of pharmaceutical experience with a Bachelor's, 9 years with a Master's, or 8 years with a PhD.
- Strong project/program management expertise, preferably with PMP certification.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influencing skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in project management and/or process improvement related experience.
- Applied knowledge of project management tools and processes.
- Demonstrated management experience.
