About You
Required:
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in insurance, with a strong understanding of Personal Lines insurance products.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong presentation and executive communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in challenging the status quo and influencing stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to independently lead cross-functional teams.
