About the Role
The role involves serving as the business product owner for medical engagement solutions, driving continuous improvement of data products and AI/ML insight engines, leading cross-functional teams to enhance patient outcomes through compliant scientific exchange, ensuring compliance with privacy and legal standards, developing measurement frameworks to track impact, collaborating across multiple departments to shape omnichannel medical engagement strategies, and providing strategic guidance to senior leadership.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare, analytics, data science, management consulting or related field.
- Bachelor's degree required; Ph.D. highly preferred.
- Proven experience with healthcare claims, electronic health records (EHRs), and specialty pharmacy data for real-world evidence and patient analytics.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Successful implementation of AI/ML solutions in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and practical applications.
- Ability to interpret predictive model outputs and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- High intellectual curiosity and passion for continuous learning and innovation.

- Competitive base salary range of $137k–$236k USD.
