About You
- Advanced knowledge of direct indexing/personalized indexing and index-based investing.
- Experience supporting Unified and Separate Managed Accounts (UMA/SMA) and Model Portfolios.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts.
- Proven track record of collaborative work in a matrix structure.
- Experience in raising capital and driving sales goals.
- Undergraduate degree required; CFA and/or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in financial services with experience in sales and investment advisory.
- Effective networking skills with financial advisors.
- Experience with analytical tools such as FactSet and Salesforce.
- Dynamic, self-motivated team player with consultative sales experience.
